Business Coordinator
Position Summary
BBTECH America is seeking a motivated and organized Business Coordinator to support business development activities and executive operations for the U.S. branch. This role will work directly under the President of BBTECH America, assisting with customer relations, sales support, administrative coordination, and day-to-day business operations.
The Business Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact between customers, vendors, company leadership, and internal teams while helping drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Support business development efforts, customer outreach, and account management activities
Assist with preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and customer follow-ups
Maintain customer records, sales reports, and business development tracking
Coordinate communication between customers, vendors, headquarters, and internal teams
Provide administrative support to the President, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for management review
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for business records and documentation
Assist with project coordination, action item tracking, and operational reporting
Support office administration, invoice tracking, and general business operations
Coordinate customer visits, meetings, and company events
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all business interactions
Required Qualifications
Authorized to work in the United States
3+ years of experience in business coordination, sales support, executive administration, or related roles
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
Experience supporting executive leadership
Experience in B2B sales support, account management, or business development
Experience with CRM systems or project management software
Bilingual communication skills are a plus
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials up to 25 lbs.
Work performed primarily in an office environment with occasional visits to customer or project sites
Use of required PPE when visiting active project locations
Compensation and Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8 - 10 hours per day (occasional weekend work may be required).
Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
Safety training and orientation provided.
