Cleanrooms
We offer customized cleanroom design and fabrication services to meet your exact requirements. Furthermore, we hold patents for innovative clean elevator technology.
Following construction, we provide comprehensive cleanroom validation and testing services to ensure adherence to your specified cleanliness standards. This includes particle count testing, airflow visualization, air change rate testing, and other essential tests for compliance.
Additionally, we provide training programs and documentation to educate your staff on cleanroom protocols, gowning procedures, equipment operation, and contamination control measures.

An air shower eliminates fine particles and viruses clinging to articles or the human body with a powerful blast of clean air before entry into a cleanroom. The system ensures perfect airtightness to completely prevent the infiltration of particles or viruses from outside the cleanroom.

A clean booth creates a localized clean environment enclosed by plastic curtains or acrylic panels, and features high-efficiency filters mounted on the ceiling to achieve a cleanliness level of up to Class 100. The booth maintains a slight positive pressure to prevent the entry of outside air and ensure that the space remains consistently clean.

The blower filter unit features a small blower integrated with the filter, available in two configurations: duct-connected and independent circulation.

This unit, which includes a HEPA filter and is mounted on the ceiling, supplies indoor air through the filter, maintaining a cleanliness level ranging from Class 1000 to Class 10000—considered a fundamental component of a cleanroom.
The performance of a cleanroom depends significantly on the collection efficiency and ventilation rate, which are influenced by the installation method and number of HEPA filter units. The HEPA filter is designed to capture 0.3 µm particles with an efficiency of 99.97% to 99.999999%, so even a minor leak can severely impact performance.

The FFU (Fan Filter Unit) system is designed for the installation of standardized units on the ceiling. It is currently used in both domestic and international high-class cleanrooms or manufacturing lines that require localized cleanliness.

Cryogenic Piping
Cryogenic piping is a specialized type of piping system designed to handle extremely low temperatures. These temperatures are common in industries where liquefied gases are transported or stored.

Due to the extreme cold, materials used must be able to maintain their mechanical properties. Common materials we use include stainless steel, aluminum, and specialized alloys such as Invar and Inconel.

Cryogenic piping requires highly efficient insulation to minimize heat transfer from surroundings and to prevent the fluids from warming up. Common insulations we use include polyurethane, perlite and vacuum-insulated panels

We design to minimize thermal gradients and stress concentrations. Our designs often include expansion loops, flexible joints, and supports to accommodate thermal contraction and expansion due to temperature changes

Teflon Coating
We produce our own Teflon-coated piping and ducts, which are certified by USA FM for fire and corrosion resistance. Teflon-coated piping involves applying a Teflon layer to the interior surfaces of the pipes or fittings.
