Operations Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Associate to support daily operational functions for fabrication, construction, and administrative activities supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing projects. This position focuses on coordinating operational workflows, supporting project logistics, maintaining documentation, and ensuring efficient communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients.

The Operations Associate will work closely with project management, field teams, procurement, human resources, and leadership to support scheduling, reporting, resource coordination, and administrative functions to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Perform daily operational and administrative support functions across multiple departments

  • Coordinate scheduling, workforce assignments, and project logistics to support field and shop activities

  • Maintain and update operational documentation including reports, logs, project records, and tracking systems

  • Support onboarding, credential tracking, and compliance documentation for employees and contractors

  • Assist with procurement coordination including tracking purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor communications

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with material and supply coordination

  • Communicate with project managers, supervisors, and field personnel to support workflow efficiency

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and operational summaries for management review

  • Monitor and support compliance with company policies, client requirements, and site-specific procedures

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, lodging, and jobsite logistics when required

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for operational documentation

  • Support coordination of meetings, safety trainings, and operational briefings

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office or support environment

  • Follow all BBTECH America and client safety procedures and workplace policies

  • Participate in safety meetings, operational reviews, and team coordination meetings as required

Required Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in operations support, administrative coordination, or project support roles

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and data tracking systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Basic math and data entry accuracy skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple projects or teams

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening

  • OSHA 10 certification required (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting construction, fabrication, or semiconductor industry projects

  • Experience with project management or workforce tracking software

  • Familiarity with onboarding processes, credential tracking, or compliance documentation

  • Experience coordinating travel, lodging, or workforce logistics

  • Ability to assist with process improvement initiatives

  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and work at a computer for extended periods

  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials or office supplies weighing up to 25 lbs.

  • Manual dexterity to operate computers, office equipment, and communication devices

  • Work performed primarily in office environments with occasional visits to fabrication shops or active construction sites

  • Exposure to moderate office and construction environment noise levels when visiting field locations

  • Use of required PPE when visiting fabrication areas or construction sites

Compensation and Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8 - 10 hours per day (occasional weekend work may be required).

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

  • Safety training and orientation provided.
